Schedule Your Tour & Admissions Meeting
There are many ways for you to explore St. Stephen School! One of the best ways to do so is by scheduling a tour and meeting with our Director of Advancement and Admissions. This one-on-one opportunity allows you and your family to meet with our director and have any and all of your questions answered about what life is like being an Eagle! Private tours are available during the school day from 9 am - 2 pm.
Prospective students from 4-8 grades are invited to shadow an Eagle for the day! We welcome students to visit our classrooms and spend the day with us. Each prospective student will be paired with a current Eagle to shadow for the day and will meet faculty and participate in classes. To schedule a shadow day, please contact our Advancement Director.
When should I apply?
Applications for each school year open the August prior. The best time to apply is when applications open through December. After the December deadline, our first round of admissions will close. If spots are available, we will look at applicants who applied after the December deadline for the 2nd round of admissions. If space is available and there is no waitlist, we will accept applications for openings in specific grades. You can see How To Apply here!
Can prospective students attend a private tour, open house, or shadow day?
Yes! We would love for prospective students to attend tours or open houses! Students will be able to see what St. Stephen School is like and where they could be learning! Shadowing is also a great way to experience life as an Eagle - contact Admissions to set up a shadow day.
How does the waitlist work?
Our waitlists do not roll over from year to year. Each year beginning on August 1st, all applicants start off on the same level. If a class is full after current students submit their intent to enroll, we will begin a waitlist for each grade. We usually have an extensive waitlist for our Kindergarten and 6th grade class, specifically. If you are considering a catholic education at St. Stephen School, it is never too early to start the admissions process! You may consider having your child start in our PreK program or prior to middle school. Inquire today!
Where do most students attend high school?
A majority of our students attend Catholic high schools. 99% of our students will get into the first high school of their choice. Most recently, our 8th grade class received 48 scholarships!
