St. Stephen School Carnival!

THE CARNIVAL IS COMING!!
RIDES, GAMES, FRIED DOUGH, PIT BEEF, BEER TRUCK, LIVE MUSIC, PLINKO 
JUNE 15th, 16th, 17th   6-11pm each night

RIDE ALL NIGHT WRISTBANDS:  Wristbands are $30 per night. Discount wristband vouchers are now being sold for only $20. A form is being sent home for each St. Stephen School student to order vouchers. Please send in form with payment (cash or check) by June 2nd. Discount Vouchers will also be sold in the Parish center while supplies last but no later than June 9. Exact cash or check only. Vouchers can be exchanged for a wristband on any night of the carnival. 1 wristband is good for 1 night at the Carnival. Wristbands are per child. Rides have size requirements. 

VOLUNTEERS:  Some of our booths have been run by the same families for 40 years! Start a new tradition with your family. If you can work one night or all three, or maybe just set-up or take-down, or maybe donate a cake…Just go to our “Sign-Up Genius” page HERE.

PARKING: We will be running shuttle buses again from Kingsville Volunteer Fire department and the old Mount Vista Golf lot on Raphael Road. Buses will drop off in front of the Church. Please enter the carnival through the soccer field driveway, drop off family at top of the hill, then circle back down to park. Grass field parking is, as always, at your own risk.

DONATIONS:  We are currently collecting non-plastic glasses and mugs for the Dime Pitch. Please leave on picnic tables in the pavilion. We are in need of cakes for the cake wheel. Please use the “Sign-Up Genius” link above and deliver on the carnival day(s) you choose.  

Set-Up: Saturday June 10, 8am-2pm (Children must be accompanied by a parent) Pickup trucks and trailers welcome to help move everything from the storage building to the school lot.

Take-Down: Sunday June 18, 8am-Noon (Children must be accompanied by a parent) Pickup trucks and trailers are welcome to help move everything back to the storage building. Kids are a HUGE help picking up trash.
