The 2017- 2018 school year marks the beginning of my 21st year of teaching in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. I teach ELA to students in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. I am the moderator of the St. Stephen Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society as well as the coordinator of the Student Advocacy Team. I grew up in East Baltimore with my parents and four older siblings, and I attended St. Elizabeth School from kindergarten through the eighth grade. I graduated in 1991 from Our Lady of Pompeii High School in Highlandtown where I was the editor of the school newspaper, a member of the girls' basketball team, and the goalkeeper for girls' varsity soccer team.
